Ben Martin is reporting to PRISON on J6-related federal Charges!
HERE'S HOW WE GET BEN MARTIN RELEASED
Ben Martin, of Madera, California, is reporting to prison within HOURS, DESPITE his charges stemming DIRECTLY from his January 6th involvement.
The Commies in California take every opportunity to use "firearm charge" as a weapon against law abiding citizens. Ben's case is a perfect example of this. The firearm charge never would have arisen had it not been for the J6 cases prior.
Because of a prior domestic issue Ben had with an ex, he agreed to a plea deal. (Again, there was no violence, and no one was injured.)
1. These charges are ALL federal charges. 2. The Trump DOJ and Ed Martin can intervene TODAY to proffer an Emergency Stay to release Mr. Martin from custody. 3. Ed Martin has been selected by Trump to oversee all the Jan. 6 cases. Ed has also been tapped to serve at OMB.
Ed Martin has long been an advocate for Jan. 6 defendants. And this week, Trump named Ed as D.C.'s interim U.S. attorney, overseeing Capitol riot cases. Ed should intervene in Ben's case TODAY. HERE is how Ed Martin and the Trump DOJ could intervene on Ben's behalf:
Ed Martin would have to call the new US attorney in Ben's district in California. That U.S. Atty would probably go in and proffer an emergency stay. Traditionally, the DOJ would seek clarification internally on if the sentence should be stayed. That process could take time.
Since Ed Martin is in place inside of Trump's DOJ, that process can be expedited VERY efficiently, and Ben can be released to his family.
Ben Martin was a leader in the protests against Covid mandates such as masking. There is ZERO QUESTION that Ben is being held because of his strongly held beliefs and his political activism.
Ben was 100% peaceful during the Jan 6th protests, exercising his First Amendment Right to redress grievances. Martin peacefully urged Biden's Gestapo to “walk away from (their) posts.” Ben Martin WAS NOT convicted of any violence that took place on Jan 6, 2021.
The Commies in California take every opportunity to use "firearm charge" as a weapon against law abiding citizens. Ben's case is a perfect example of this. The firearm charge never would have arisen had it not been for the J6 cases prior.
The Risks Moving Forward-
The Release of the J6 Felons
Granting full pardons to individuals convicted for the January 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol would pose significant risks to democratic governance, the rule of law, and social cohesion. Such an action could undermine legal accountability, embolden political violence, and erode institutional trust. Below are the key dangers summarized:
1. Undermining the Rule of Law
By pardoning individuals who sought to disrupt constitutional processes, this act would signal that legal accountability can be overridden by political loyalty. This risks normalizing impunity for politically motivated actions and setting a precedent where allegiance supersedes justice.
2. Delegitimizing Democratic Institutions
The January 6 insurrection targeted the certification of electoral results, a foundational democratic process. Pardoning participants would delegitimize the judiciary and legislature, weakening public trust in institutions and undermining the peaceful transfer of power.
3. Encouraging Political Violence
Research shows that failing to punish political violence emboldens future acts. Pardons could be interpreted as condoning such behaviour, increasing the likelihood of further unrest and normalizing violence as a political strategy.
4. Damaging International Reputation
The United States’ global image as a defender of democracy and the rule of law would be severely weakened. Allies may view the pardons as evidence of democratic backsliding, reducing the nation’s moral authority and diplomatic credibility.
5. Deepening Societal Divisions
Pardoning January 6 offenders risks exacerbating polarization. It would alienate those who see justice as undermined while emboldening extremist factions. This could hinder national reconciliation and increase tensions between ideological groups.
In summary, such pardons would erode the rule of law, encourage future violence, and undermine trust in democratic institutions, with both domestic and global repercussions.
