Jan 6er Locked Up Again on Sealed Charges
Biden DOJ keeps fueling anarchotyranny against political enemies.

Federal authorities arrested and charged a Jan 6 protestor who previously served his sentence. The reasons are obscure and don’t seem to fit law enforcement’s standard.
Darrell Neely, a veteran and MAGA African-American radio broadcaster, was re-arrested on Nov 4, reported The Gateway Pundit. The reasons remain unclear at the moment, as Merrick Garland continues to push the DOJ to prosecute Jan 6ers even in light of the president-elect’s decision to pardon.

Reportedly, Neely was released on Dec 14 with the help of public defender Sandra Roland, with DC Judge Bates at the helm of the hearing. Since the allegation of a probation violation was under seal, Neely’s news hasn’t been reported.
The Gateway Pundit affirmed that the charge was trumped up as the Biden DOJ under Garland demonstrates “a pattern many are seeing with bitter clingers” with allegations of probation violations that would typically be resolved by probation officers.
Neely may just have been unable to pay the restitution fee of $939.93. The outlet noted that he and other Jan 6ers are facing similar struggles, such as being unable to attain apartments or jobs with the stigma of Jan 6 and/or a criminal record.
Neely will forgo even more money as he makes his way back to North Carolina after being dumped into the streets of DC on some bogus alleged violation. The DOJ reportedly stole his belongings, including his phone, putting him in a delicate situation as he travels south.
The Gateway Pundit wrote that a large part of this debacle is Democrats’ refusal to recognize citizen journalism. The New Yorker created a series, including podcasts, on Jan 6. The entitlement of corporate media journalists was shown when Neely, a radio commentator, and The New Yorker’s Luke Mogelson both did not have any special passes to access the Capitol on Jan 6. And yet, only one of the two was prosecuted.
Reportedly, Garland’s DOJ discovered Neely’s work, deleting hundreds of news reports and broadcasts. The DOJ also knew that he owned two registered media companies and had been operating the two well before Jan 6. Under the FBI’s statement of facts on Sept 30, 2021, which was used to obtain a search warrant, it reads:
The FBI also interviewed three witnesses, Witness 1, Witness 2, and Witness 3, each of whom worked with NEELY at his radio station, Global Enlightenment Radio Network (GERN). Witnesses 1, 2, and 3 were all on two separate calls with NEELY on January 6, 2021.
The FBI knew then and there that Neely was acting as a journalist. Furthermore, it states that:
Witness 1 stated that, on the first video call, NEELY went inside the U.S. Capitol building and narrated events happening inside the building. Although Witness 1 did not see NEELY inside the Capitol building, Witness 1 recognized NEELY’s voice as he narrated from inside the building.
The New Yorker doesn’t typically cover Congress, yet its journalists are celebrated for doing the exact same thing many other citizen journalists did that day, including Neely.
As things led up to election day, Neely had been doing radio interviews in support of Donald Trump, along with debunking the falsehoods surrounding the protest at the Capitol on Jan 6.
The Gateway Pundit reported that Neely’s arrest came as the Biden DOJ ramped up its efforts to jail Jan 6ers and new “perpetrators.” As for Neely, his alleged post-prison supervised release violation is still sealed and can’t be specifically reported on at this moment.
Before Neely’s Nov 4 arrest, he stayed at a run-down hotel. Guilford County Police were called for a “wellness check” on a 23-year-old woman nicknamed “Tiny” visiting Neely. Tiny had been caring for her mother while evading a questionable character named “Jose.” The police reportedly did not search Neely but returned hours later, claiming he provided a false name. The Bureau of Prisons stole many Jan 6ers’ identification, including Neely’s, so he could not prove himself.

Neely was ultimately charged with resisting arrest, delaying arrest and obstruction of justice simply under the claim that he allegedly provided a false name.

FEDS ARREST J6er WHO SERVED WHOLE SENTENCE THE MONDAY BEFORE TRUMP’S ELECTION WIN
Jonathon A. Moseley
MAGA African-American radio broadcaster Darrell Neely – was re-arrested on November 4, 2024.
As of Friday, November 22, Darrell is in the D.C. Gulag, the D.C. Jail in Washington, D.C., and we have received zero update from authorities on why Darrell is in custody, and for how long he will be kept there.
You can read about Darrell’s story until now here, and you can help Darrell’s cause here.
The Feds and Police are charging Neeley with a slew of nonsense crimes because he did not have his identification, which Merrick Garland’s DOJ and prison bureau refused to return to Neeley on his release, after he completely served serially his stacked sentences for the misdemeanor “convictions.”
Since Neeley’s release in the summer, Darrell had been lurching between homeless and inadequately sheltered.
Leading up to election day on November 5th, Neeley had been working hard on a whirlwind tour of radio interviews in support of Donald Trump’s re-election and exposing the Left’s lies about January 6.
At the time of his arrest, Darrell was still searching for an apartment that would accept him without work history and with recent legal troubles as a result of his January 6th experience.
One month after Neely’s re-arrest on November 4th, we still don’t have an official reason why authorities arrested Darrell.
It is a fact that Neely’s arrest came at a time when the Biden Justice Department was ramping up efforts against January 6ers, arresting new “perpetrators,” and rushing trials and sentencing through of many who had been caught in the molasses-like gears of D.C. justice.
The facts show that Biden’s DOJ is continuing to treat even those January 6ers who have served their time punitively.
And in Darrell’s case, what the authorities failed to add to the official record tells us all we need to know.
What follows is the account of an eyewitness Sandra, a friend of Neeley’s who had been assisting him while he was searching for housing. Neeley was also assisting Sandra as she looked for work and housing during her fight with cancer:
(This reporter delayed writing this expecting the charges to be posted any time. There are no public charges as of publication.)
On October 2, 2024, shortly after Neely started doing hours-long, wall to wall radio interviews to rally Black voters and others to vote for Trump, Federal prosecutors in Merrick Garland’s intimidation machine issued a petition in Federal Court alleging a violation of Neely’s post-prison supervised release.
That petition is still under seal and we do not know anything about its contents.
Neeley’s petition was reduced to an arrest warrant on October 9, 2024, which was unsealed only on November 22, 2024.
Recall, Neeley was arrested back on November 4th.
So Biden’s federal henchmen had been colluding with local authorities for nearly a month to coordinate Neeley’s arrest. While trying to get an apartment, Darrell Neely was staying at a cheap, seedy motel paid for by the Patriot’s Legal Defense Fund.
While making an effort to find permanent housing for himself, Darrell extended himself for his friends who were stuck in similar situations.
One of those friends he helped is his friend, Sandra, who is herself fighting cancer, in addition to being less than adequately housed. For two months prior to the election, Darrell had landed in a flea-bitten, extended stay hotel – lodging that costs twice that of an apartment.
At times, Darrell would allow a friend to crash his room in order to get out of the drug-infested homeless shelters in downtown Greensboro.
On November 4th, Guilford County police came to the run-down hotel looking for a 23 year old woman nick-named “Tiny.”
Tiny and her Pennsylvania mother had been frantic that she had been threatened and harassed by a man named Jose, who was thought to have remained in Pennsylvania.
Tiny traveled to Greensboro looking for housing far from Jose, and was visiting Darrell who was keeping her safe.
So the police were very visible out the hotel window approaching as everyone stayed put and waited. They talked to the woman Tiny. She confirmed that Darrell was helping her stay safe, that he was not the man they were looking for. Police talked to her and everyone separately.
The police left, without incident, and without executing any warrants.
The police did not search the motel room. They did not even search Neeley’s belongings.
Previously, Darrell had contacted Jose on his phone to relate to Jose that he needed to leave the woman alone.
Despite Darrell’s having contacted Jose, the police did not search or take Neeley’s mobile phone. It was evident during and after their visit that Greensboro police had no reason to suspect any serious crime or misconduct.
The interesting part is that police later alleged that Darrell gave them an incorrect name.

Recall that the Bureau of Prisons had stolen Neeley’s identification after releasing him when he had completely served his stacked misdemeanor sentences.
Darrell was not able to show ID because Merrick Garland stole it while he was imprisoned.

Several hours later the police returned and arrested Darrell for giving a false name,
They charged Neeley based ONLY on the fact that they claim that he gave a false name with resisting arrest, delaying arrest, and obstruction of justice.
The Court Clerk’s paperwork says the arrest was on November 6, but the eyewitness insists it was on the Monday the night before the election and Sandra notified this author on Tuesday, November 5. Court records often have delays as they get processed.
Police did not search Neeley’s hotel room, did not search Neeley’s bags or belongings, did not take Darrell’s phone, and nor did they search his phone.
Neither Greensboro Police Department nor Biden’s Dept. of Justice have any basis for believing there was any serious crime at issue.
To our knowledge, the following week, as I interfaced with Sandra in an effort to determine where we should locate Darrell’s belongings, the police never returned, never seized or searched his phone, and never searched Darrell’s belongings.
They never even searched Neeley’s room.
The only contact with police was when Sandra tried to call and ask on her own about Neeley’s status.
This reporter contacted prosecutors several times by email notifying them that we had no obligation to pay for a hotel room just in case they wanted to come search it, the motel wanted Darrell’s friend to leave after the attention, and they needed to speak now or forever hold their peace.
Police showed no interest in their supposed “investigation.”
Rogue prosecutors have been assigned by Merrick Garland to silence patriots with fear and threats.
These lawless law men have demonstrated a pattern of using frivolous or absurd complaints about probation or pre-trial bail to re-arrest January 6 Defendants.
Judges do not like having their time wasted on minor issues, but when it comes to January 6th defendants, prosecutors have repeatedly clogged courtrooms and annoyed judges with trivial alleged violations.
Darrell has been moved back to the D.C. gulag, and we are still working to get to the bottom of Darrell’s arrest.
Darrell needs help. He needs legal representation for this new and unexpected legal issue, and he still needs help securing permanent housing, preferably in a ruby red county in the deep south.
